It was a smaller group of stalwarts than usual that met in the Kingsley Hotel for the monthly meeting. We had apologies from a few of the regulars, so our best to everyone and we hope to get together again soon.

It was a nice summer’s evening in the Kingsley Hotel on Wednesday night – lots of walkers and cyclists making the most of the riverside amenities. Can’t be long before the kayakers are spotted as well.

The Kingsley Hotel was buzzing tonight, but we got our regular spot for our meeting in the lounge area. Great to see a few people at the meeting that we hadn’t met up with for a while.

Our first ordinary meeting of the year took place in our regular venue of the Kingsley Hotel, at 8:30pm on Wednesday 27th February. The mornings are brighter already, and the days are getting longer – it won’t be long before we’re taking the cars out for runs and weekends away again. Items discussed at the meeting:
